Look, there’s no doubt about it; we all go through peaks and valleys with how we treat our bodies. It may be work, illness, stress, the end of a relationship, too much partying, too much isolation — it all takes a toll and reflects back at us in the mirror more often than we would like.

This process, this art, this session — it’s not your cure, but serves as a collaborative stepping stone toward empowerment. It’s a safe space that passes no judgment.

So whether you come in for this kind of self celebration, or maybe you’re just looking to hang some art on your walls — you’ll leave with a physical reminder that you took time to love yourself that one day in an art studio in Brooklyn. May it forever remind you how powerful you are!
